Terms & conditions

The contract
A sale is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order where a piece is no longer available or a price has been listed in error.
Prices
Prices are shown in EUR including VAT where applicable, excluding shipping unless stated. Price-on-request works are quoted individually and the quote is valid for 30 days.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. For commissions and large works we may agree a deposit and balance schedule in writing.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has cleared in full.
Artwork variation
Pieces are made by hand. Small variations in finish, colour and weight are part of the work and are not defects.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of establishment, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
