If a piece isn't right for your space, you have 14 days from delivery to tell us.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Email us and we will issue return instructions and a collection label where possible.
Condition
Pieces must be returned unused, in their original crate or packaging. We cannot accept returns on works that have been drilled, mounted or altered.
Made to order and commissions
Works produced specifically for you, including commissions and custom finishes, are excluded from the standard withdrawal right.
Damaged on arrival
Report transit damage within 48 hours with photographs of the crate and the piece. We arrange replacement, repair or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned piece arriving back at the studio.
