Everything you need to know about paying for your piece and how it reaches your home safely.
How to pay
Add your piece to the bag and continue to our secure checkout, powered by Shopify. All payments are encrypted โ we never see or store your card details. The total, including delivery, is shown before you confirm your order.
Order confirmation
As soon as your payment is accepted, you receive a confirmation email with your order summary. A second email with tracking follows when your sculpture ships.
Packaging made for sculptures
Every sculpture is packed in a sturdy cardboard box with polystyrene moulded to the exact shape of the piece. The sculpture sits held in place on all sides, so it cannot move or knock during transport.
Delivery to your door
Your parcel is handed to a trusted carrier and delivered to your address. You can follow its journey with the tracking link sent by email.
If something arrives damaged
Keep the packaging, take a few photos and write to us at popiconart@outlook.fr within 48 hours of delivery. We will find a solution with you quickly.
